MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

I hereby declare that I have read in full and understood the Information Notice regarding the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, as presented by NALA TEKSTİL SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., and that I have been informed about the processing of my personal data by NALA TEKSTİL SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. for the purposes set out therein.

Within this scope, I hereby give my explicit consent, having been informed without any doubt and with full knowledge of the subject, to the processing of my Personal Data by your Company in compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, via all kinds of channels, for the purposes of: retaining the necessary information as required by law; ensuring that the human resources policies of NALA TEKSTİL SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. are best planned and implemented; offering products/services to its customers and tailoring the products and services offered in line with the customers’ demands, needs, usage habits and preferences; procuring products and/or services from suppliers or manufacturers and/or establishing and performing contractual or non-contractual commercial relationships in this regard; identifying and verifying the parties signing the relevant documents; recording identity, address, tax number and other information in order to identify the owner and addressee of any applications, work and transactions to be carried out within this scope; and drawing up information and documents that will form the basis of the work and transactions to be carried out on paper or in electronic media, in line with the information set out in the Information Notice, and to the sharing of my Personal Data with the persons specified in the Information Notice in cases where this is required by law or by factual necessities arising from the service and/or the employment/commercial relationship.

ABOUT MEMBERSHIP

To become a member of our Website, it is sufficient to visit our Membership Transactions page and fill in the relevant sections. It is very important that you fill in your membership information accurately and completely in order to avoid possible communication and delivery problems. Please complete the relevant sections carefully and in full so that products and services can reach you quickly and correctly. Becoming a member is a very simple and fast process. Becoming a member does not in itself mean that you undertake any obligation. However, please read the Sales Agreement carefully before making any purchase. You may terminate your membership at any time.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The Member has the right to terminate their membership at any time. Once you terminate your membership, all of your relationship with our site will be ended. To terminate your membership, you must first log in as a member and then submit your request via our contact information page.

Membership Cannot Be Cancelled in the Following Cases

  1. If 60 days have not yet passed since the Member’s last order.

  2. If a membership cancellation request is submitted using a different e-mail address from the one registered to the account.

  3. If the Member cannot be reached via the contact details registered in the system.

Membership May Be Cancelled by Us in the Following Cases

  1. If the Member sends or posts immoral (inappropriate) messages or comments.

  2. If the Member has engaged in fraud, attempted fraud or similar activities.

  3. If the Member has attempted to damage the system or the NALA brand.

MEMBER SECURITY

All necessary measures have been taken on our website for the security of the Member. In addition to these measures, you are also responsible for the security of your membership information. Do not share the information you use to log in to our Website with anyone, and do not log in to the system from computers that you are not sure are secure.

DIFFERENT ADDRESS

For each Member, there is an address section where a different address may be entered at the order completion stage, other than the Member’s registered address. You can use this address section when sending gifts to your friends, as well as during periods when you are at a different address. For example: during periods when you will be at different branches of the company where you work, when you are staying at your summer house, or when you want your invoice to be sent to you while you want your order to be delivered to a friend.

PRODUCT REVIEWS

Any Member who has purchased a product may write a review. As you share your information and experiences with other users, shopping will become more enjoyable and more informed. Since customer reviews will be impartial and based on experience, a more informed shopping environment will be created.

Points to consider when writing a product review:
Within the framework of general moral standards, please take care to write comments that are respectful to other users and to the manufacturer of the product. Reviews are examined and any comments deemed inappropriate are deleted from the system.
